Emirates Group IT is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join its Group Services team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong Agile project management skills and experience in delivering technology solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, reviews, daily stand-ups, and Scrum of Scrums

• Champion agile best practices and help teams adopt efficient delivery processes

• Serve as a servant leader, encouraging accountability, removing roadblocks, and fostering team collaboration

• Ensure high performance and adherence to Definition of Done (DOD) and quality metrics

• Assist product and technical teams with backlog prioritization, progress tracking, and governance

• Manage project scope, schedules, risk, and vendor relationships across global teams

• Provide mentoring to team members and continuously drive process improvements

• Support RFx processes, cost estimation, and lifecycle planning

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP (Additional certifications like Prince2, CSM are a plus)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in Agile project delivery

• Strong background in managing complex, global IT projects and vendor engagement

• Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow ITBM

• Solid understanding of large-scale systems architecture and enterprise IT governance

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
