Emirates Group IT is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead (focused on Emiratisation) to guide Scrum teams, lead the delivery of innovative technology products, and foster high-performance, self-organizing teams aligned to Emirates’ customer and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

• Lead Scrum teams ensuring high performance, clear vision, and consistent delivery of business value.

• Manage and remove impediments to optimize workflow and delivery.

• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and elevate Scrum maturity sustainably.

• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to refine and maintain product backlogs.

• Promote transparency of progress and foster empowerment among team members.

• Champion best practices for Agile delivery management and continuous improvement.

• Maintain Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ScrumDesk.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Degree (or equivalent 12+3) in Computer Science or a similar field.

• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM); PMI-ACP preferred.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years practical Scrum Management experience.

  • 5+ years in IT Agile delivery, preferably in medium-sized technology change programs.

  • Strong leadership/project delivery experience in global matrix organizations.

• Tools: Expertise in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tracking tools.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (openness, honesty, respect).

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Desirable (Bonus) Experience:

• Additional Agile certifications (PSM I, SASM).

• Previous experience in the Airline/Aviation industry.
