MCG Talent is hiring an experienced Agile Coach to lead and guide their client’s Agile transformation journey in Dubai. This role involves coaching teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning Agile methodologies with business objectives. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level Agile transformation aligned with business goals

• Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Design and deliver Agile training sessions across departments

• Conduct assessments of existing workflows and recommend enhancements

• Define and track KPIs to evaluate Agile adoption and effectiveness

• Drive continuous improvement by promoting learning and adaptation

• Collaborate with product owners and leadership to ensure Agile strategy alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a dynamic organizational setting

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban

• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience conducting training and Agile maturity assessments

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)

• Ability to influence and mentor teams at various organizational levels
