Job Overview:

Real Estate Masters Dubai is hiring French-speaking Real Estate Agents to focus on the Francophone market. This role is ideal for motivated, driven, and personable individuals with a background in real estate, sales, or hospitality, and a passion for customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of property listings and client relationships

  • Advise French-speaking clients on buying, selling, and renting real estate in Dubai

  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up on leads efficiently

  • Maintain accurate client and property records via CRM tools

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and laws

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and property showings

  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate (preferred)

  • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service (an asset)

  • Fluent in French with good professional English

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Based in Dubai with valid driving license and personal vehicle (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market or willingness to be trained

  • Presentable, professional, and flexible attitude
