Aftersales Administrator


Abdul Latif Jameel is looking for an Aftersales Administrator to provide administrative support to the aftersales department. This role ensures efficient service operations, warranty claims processing, and customer communication while coordinating with service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
📋 Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain service and warranty records.
- Process invoices and warranty claims.
- Generate aftersales reports and support department operations.
📞 Customer Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with customers on service updates and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
🔍 Process Monitoring & Compliance:
- Track and monitor aftersales processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail commercial vehicle aftersales (managerial role preferred).
🌍 Skills & Competencies:
- Time management & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor and ensure smooth workflow implementation.
- Logical reasoning & analytical thinking for effective decision-making.
- Knowledge of business functions in aftersales.
🗣 Language Requirements:
- English & Chinese (Mandatory).
