Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Adventure Gear Specialist to join our retail team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in outdoor activities, adventure sports, and lifestyle gear. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the best products, provide expert advice on outdoor and water sports equipment, and drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Assistance & Product Expertise

• Guide customers in selecting adventure gear, activewear, and water sports equipment.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge on outdoor essentials like kayaks, surfboards, hiking gear, and more.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on experiences.

✅ Sales & Performance Optimization

• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.

✅ Inventory & Feedback Management

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, stock availability, and best-selling products.

• Assist management in making inventory and product selection decisions.

• Ensure the store maintains an engaging and interactive shopping environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in adventure gear, activewear, or water sports products.
✔ Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
✔ Strong product knowledge in outdoor and adventure sports.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ High school diploma or degree in sports science, business, or a related field.
