Job Title: Adventure Gear Sales Associate

Job Description:

Join one of Dubai’s premier retail hubs as an Adventure Gear Sales Associate. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top fashion, adventure essentials, and lifestyle brands. You’ll play a key role in helping customers find the best products for their outdoor activities, from kayaking and surfing to hiking and more. Your product knowledge and expert advice will ensure that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the best products for their specific adventure and outdoor activity needs.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge on a wide range of adventure gear, including activewear, water sports equipment, and outdoor gear (e.g., kayaks, surfboards, hiking gear).
• Demonstrate product features, provide hands-on experiences, and explain benefits to customers.
• Offer valuable feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and inventory needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High school diploma or degree in sports science, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail, especially with adventure gear, activewear, or water sports products.
• Strong sales-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.

Salary: AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
