Sigma Specialized Inspection (SSI), part of the diversified Mazrui International Group, provides high-standard inspection solutions across the Middle East for Oilfield, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Maritime, Aerospace, and Fabrication industries. SSI is seeking a PCN Certified Advanced NDT Technician specializing in PAUT and TOFD to perform critical non-destructive testing and quality inspections. The role involves interpretation of inspection results, adherence to industrial standards, and maintenance of detailed documentation to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tube and tank inspections and interpret IRIS, RFT, ECT, MFL, SECT results.

• Conduct inspection and interpretation of PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction).

• Execute Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) if qualified.

• Interpret industrial codes, standards, and specifications.

• Review inspection results to determine acceptability.

• Carry out visual inspections and ensure adherence to approved test methods, techniques, procedures, and work instructions.

• Document inspection results and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.

• Clean parts/materials before and after inspection.

• Maintain good housekeeping in the workplace and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4–5 years of work experience as a PCN Certified PAUT/TOFD Technician.

• Strong experience with NDT equipment and familiarity with manual and computerized reporting.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
