GEMS Education, a trusted and renowned educational organization, is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Secretary to join its team in Abu Dhabi for the academic year 2024-25. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and organizing the admissions process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies such as ADEK, and supporting the school in meeting its enrolment targets. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities:

Support the school Registrar by explaining admission procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and regulations to prospective parents.

Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, available places, and an up-to-date waiting list.

Manage and update the OASIS student information database daily.

Assist with the annual re-enrolment processes, including the Parent School Contract and student registration.

Collaborate with the Government Relations Executive to ensure all documentation and student registrations comply with ADEK and other governing bodies.

Handle follow-up communications for outstanding offers, schedule and conduct student assessments, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the admissions process.

Maintain organized files for all new applicants, current students, exiting students, and alumni.

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and other regulatory body rules during admissions.

Uphold GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.

Qualifications:

College Degree from a reputed university (BA or BSc preferred).

Minimum two years of experience in a customer service-focused role.

Relationship management experience within a diverse environment.
