BIA is seeking a full-time On-Site Admissions Counselor in Sharjah to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, informative, and positive application experience, while supporting the institution’s outreach and enrollment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students through program offerings and the admissions process.

• Assist applicants with application completion and document submission.

• Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with potential students.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support student recruitment initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer service and sales experience.

• Experience in the education sector preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
