Atlantis Resorts is seeking a dedicated Administrator, Talent Acquisition to support its recruitment team in delivering extraordinary candidate experiences. The role involves overseeing the candidate journey, from interview scheduling to contract signing, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks including interview scheduling, document collection, verification, and employment contract creation.

Assist in organizing local and overseas recruitment events (online and in-person).

Coordinate with recruitment agencies on interview sessions, results, and candidate documentation.

Support Talent Acquisition projects related to internal policies, tools, and processes.

Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.

Monitor compliance and ensure accuracy of recruitment data.

Maintain records, correspondence, invoices, attestations, and recruitment-related reports.

Collaborate with other HR teams for onboarding, internal transfers, and promotions.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.

Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to manage emails effectively.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and applications.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate confidently with candidates.
