Administrative Supply Coordinator

KAVAK, a rapidly growing e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicles, is looking for an Administrative Supply Coordinator to support the purchasing process of cars and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. This role involves managing documentation, preparing contracts and quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all contracts and required documentation are completed and submitted on time.

  • Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and account setups for clients, ensuring information accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare reports for the sales team.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, share updates, and improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).

  • Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM systems.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field; automotive experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
