Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Secretary to join our team in Algiers, Cairo, Dubai, Madrid, or Osaka. This role requires strong communication and multitasking skills to support managers and employees in various administrative and project management tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining efficient communication, and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Communication & Coordination

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and chats professionally.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist in project management and coordination.
📑 Administrative Support

Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and forms.

Develop and maintain filing systems for documents and records.

Order and manage office supplies as needed.
🛠 HR & Office Management

Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

Ensure office operations run smoothly by handling administrative tasks.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
✔ Strong office management and organizational skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and To-Do).
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
✔ Tech-savvy and eager to learn new skills.
✔ Bilingual candidates (English & Arabic preferred).
✔ Preferred nationalities: Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Egyptian, Algerian.
