Job Title: Administrative & Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations while also supporting sales and digital engagement initiatives. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to contribute to both backend efficiency and front-end customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in recruitment and HR documentation, support digital sales initiatives, and enhance client relationships across a group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Maintain and update company records, invoices, and internal documentation.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with HR activities including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and customer outreach using the latest digital/AI tools.

  • Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and sales performance reports using available software tools.

  • Collaborate with management on strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.

Skills & Requirements:
6 months to 5 years of experience in administrative and/or sales roles
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Interest in and familiarity with modern digital/AI tools
✔ Customer-first attitude with solid problem-solving capabilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
