We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations while also supporting sales and digital engagement initiatives. You will assist in recruitment and HR documentation, support digital sales initiatives, and enhance client relationships across a group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

Oversee daily office operations including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

Maintain and update company records, invoices, and internal documentation.

Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with HR activities including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records.
Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist with marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and customer outreach using the latest digital/AI tools.

Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and sales performance reports using available software tools.

Collaborate with management on strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Skills & Requirements:
✔ 6 months to 5 years of experience in administrative and/or sales roles
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Interest in and familiarity with modern digital/AI tools
✔ Customer-first attitude with solid problem-solving capabilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
