Palantir Technologies is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support its leadership team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing schedules, booking travel, processing expenses, and coordinating office events. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide administrative support to leaders across the EMEA region.
🔹 Manage complex calendars and prioritize commitments.
🔹 Book domestic & international travel arrangements.
🔹 Process expense reports efficiently.
🔹 Assist in planning office events and external meetings.
🔹 Work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

🇦🇪 Emirati national with a valid family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
📅 Minimum 2 years of administrative or personal support experience.
🖥 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🌍 Experience in scheduling international/domestic travel.
💳 Familiarity with travel booking & expense reporting software.
