Administrative Assistant


Kerten Hospitality is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, streamline communication, and enhance office efficiency. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can handle administrative, HR, and operational tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Management:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain meeting rooms and welcome external visitors professionally.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
- Manage office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and office payments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
HR & People Support:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR record maintenance.
- Prepare employment documentation and expense reports.
- Book travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Support visa processing and maintain a Travel Arrangement Tracker.
- Order devices (phones/laptops) and coordinate with IT for setup.
- Act as a liaison between property management and KH Core Team.
Community & Growth Initiatives:
- Create engaging experiences for employees, guests, and owners.
- Contribute to sustainability and community-driven initiatives.
- Provide on-site administrative support to enhance daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and document management.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive data.
