Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and invoice management.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Provide day-to-day administrative support, including handling calls and emails.
📌 Organize and file documents for easy access and retrieval.
📌 Manage invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
📌 Process and track online orders efficiently.
📌 Assist in the preparation of financial reports and data entry.
📌 Schedule meetings and communicate with clients and suppliers.
📌 Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative support or accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., ERP, TallyPrime).
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a related field.
