GMG, a global well-being company with investments across sports, food, health, and consumer goods, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office operations in Dubai. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, manages records, coordinates meetings, and assists in budget and procurement activities, contributing to the efficiency of GMG’s Middle East operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain written and computer files, conduct data entry, and manage records.

Assist with administrative functions, including budgeting, personnel coordination, meetings, and clerical tasks.

Research and collect information to support business operations.

Prepare confidential documents, reports, and maintain meeting minutes.

Coordinate office operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and equipment oversight.

Liaise with procurement and HO Admin team for office and warehouse supply requirements.

Support implementation of new programs, procedures, and systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.

Strong organizational and clerical skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
