Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

Project Coordination:

Support project managers with administrative tasks for digital signage installations or campaigns.

Track project timelines and deliverables.
Data Management:

Maintain and update company databases, CRM systems, and filing systems.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or trade shows.
Financial Administration:

Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Experience:

1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Experience in digital signage, advertising, or the tech industry (a plus).
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.

Basic understanding of digital signage technology (an advantage).
