Key Responsibilities:

Handle front-desk tasks such as answering phones and emails

Manage clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and documentation

Assist with day-to-day administrative support

Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

Ensure effective internal and external communication
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

High school diploma or equivalent (certificate in Office Administration is a plus)
