Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor negotiations, procurement, and compliance handling, ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Facility Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and security.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to UAE laws, health, and safety standards.
Employee Support: Assist HR with travel, accommodation, and relocation arrangements.
IT & Inventory Coordination: Maintain administrative assets and coordinate IT requirements.
Event & Logistics Management: Organize company events, meetings, and staff transport services.

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
📅 Experience: 3-5 years in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
📜 Knowledge: Facility management, procurement, UAE regulations, and compliance.
💻 Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
