Job Description:

YAGHMOUR BUILDING CONTRACTING is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Admin cum Sales Coordinator (Female Only) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and sales coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative tasks, sales coordination, and marketing activities.

  • Manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain records.

  • Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.

  • Provide customer support and follow up on client inquiries.

  • Coordinate with real estate and contracting teams for project updates.

  • Maintain familiarity with UAE property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Brokerpad, and Trakheesi (preferred).

  • Support basic accounting tasks and Microsoft Office operations.

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in real estate, contracting, sales, or marketing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting.

  • Social media management skills are a must.

  • Background in interior design is a plus.

  • UAE driver’s license is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
