Wärtsilä, a global leader in marine technology and sustainable solutions, is seeking an Admin Coordinator (for Emirati Nationals) to manage invoice processes, coordinate field service activities, and support administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and coordinate invoice activities for Field Service and Workshop operations.
🔹 Collaborate with Service Coordinators, Workshop Leaders, and Finance Teams to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Act as a primary contact for customers during the invoicing process.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Wärtsilä’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
🔹 Track and report invoice status to customers and internal stakeholders.
🔹 Work closely with Service Development and Finance teams to improve processes.
🔹 Continuously optimize workflows to enhance service efficiency.

Key Requirements:

✅ Emirati Nationals only (as per UAE localization requirements).
✅ Strong safety-first mindset.
✅ Background in Marine Engineering with SAP and CRM experience (preferred).
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills with customer service expertise.
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and adjust in dynamic situations.
✅ Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred).
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
