Admin (Coordinator) – Arabic Speaker
NH-Real Estate Dubai , UAE

NH-Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm based in Dubai, is seeking an Admin (Coordinator) – Arabic Speaker to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team. The role involves managing leads, updating the CRM system, coordinating contracts and RERA forms, and providing administrative support to agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track incoming leads and assign them promptly to agents.

  • Maintain CRM records, upload listings, and follow up on necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate RERA forms, contracts, and related compliance requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.

  • Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in real estate coordination or administration (preferred).

  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.

  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
