🧾 About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a market-leading fresh produce trading company based in Dubai. In this role, you will support the Finance Manager with overseeing accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and monthly closing processes in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) cycle to ensure timely, accurate invoice processing

• Assist in reconciliation of AP ledgers, resolving discrepancies and ensuring account accuracy

• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring proper AP records

• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships, managing queries and resolving payment issues

• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in line with IFRS16 and internal financial controls

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and contribute to process improvements

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and SUMIF)

• Strong knowledge of IFRS16 standards

• Must have prior experience in the fruits and vegetables trading industry

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities currently residing in the UAE

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
