Accounts Payable Accountant


We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure smooth processing of the Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycle. This role involves handling Concur expense management, preparing payment batches, responding to supplier queries, and conducting project testing and stakeholder training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase to Pay (PTP) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee Concur expense reports and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Prepare payment batches and coordinate timely disbursements.
- Address and resolve supplier inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
- Conduct project testing and provide training to internal stakeholders on financial processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in a multinational work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
