Position Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-driven Accounts Manager with strong experience in the FMCG sector and hands-on financial operations expertise in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is pivotal to strengthening financial planning, compliance, and cash flow management for our Dubai-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Financial Reporting & Planning

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and variances to advise management on financial strategies.

💼 Accounting Operations

• Supervise accounts receivable and payable functions.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank, supplier, and customer accounts.

🧾 Compliance & Audit

• Ensure full compliance with KSA tax laws (VAT, Zakat, WHT).

• Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and reporting.

💰 Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor day-to-day cash flow and working capital.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

👥 Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounts team.

• Conduct regular evaluations and training to improve performance.

🛠 Process Improvement & ERP Implementation

• Optimize financial operations via ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Establish internal financial controls and document best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• CPA / CMA / ACCA certification (preferred)

Experience:

• 5–8 years in finance/accounting roles

• Minimum 3 years in FMCG and accounting in KSA market

Skills:

• Proficient in ERP systems & Excel

• Strong grasp of KSA regulations and taxation laws

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
