Job Title : Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will handle accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Accounting & Reporting – Maintain financial records, general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
✅ Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
✅ Bank Reconciliation – Reconcile company bank statements to ensure accuracy.
✅ Taxation & Compliance – Handle VAT/GST, corporate tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
✅ Audit & Internal Controls – Coordinate with auditors and implement best financial practices.
✅ Payroll Processing – Ensure accurate salary calculations and disbursements.
✅ Cost Control & Financial Analysis – Analyze financial data to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🔹 Education: Certification/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: 2 – 6 years in accounting and finance roles.
🔹 Language Skills: English, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic (preferred).
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, and financial reporting tools.
🔹 Soft Skills:
