Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including research, analysis, and customer follow-ups.

• Reconcile AR accounts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely collections.

• Manage internal and external accounts receivable inquiries efficiently.

• Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships by providing accurate, timely responses to queries.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and process workflows for financial operations.

• Monitor weekly financial metrics, generate reports, and provide status updates on receivables.

• Analyze and improve financial processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Enhance customer experience by optimizing financial transactions and payment processes.

• Support process improvements for timely vendor payments and efficient inquiry handling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce (B.Com).

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management (preferred).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
