Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Accountant with strong IFRS expertise to join our growing Finance team. You will help drive process improvements, support month-end and year-end reporting, and prepare the business for public market scrutiny. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute in a high-performing global tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end reporting to deliver timely, accurate financial information

• Manage specific ledger processes aligned with your expertise

• Support year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements

• Contribute to IPO preparation activities

• Improve efficiency of financial processes and monitor compliance

• Share knowledge to ensure team coverage and continuity

• Actively develop skills and stay updated on accounting standards and regulations

• Build strong working relationships across finance and wider teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, or similar)

• Experience in large public accounting firms or multinational corporate accounting departments preferred

• Expertise in IFRS standards

• Familiarity with NetSuite or other enterprise-grade financial systems

• Willingness to travel up to four times per year
