Dubai Autism Center is looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, handle payroll processing, and support budgeting and financial planning.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage financial transactions, records, and reports with accuracy.
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
✅ Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
✅ Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✅ Process payroll, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements.
✅ Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
✅ Maintain and update accounting software and financial databases.
✅ Provide financial analysis and recommendations for cost efficiency.
✅ Support internal financial policies and proper documentation.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in the UAE).
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT, and accounting software.
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
