Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Accountant to join our client’s team in the UAE. This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, efficient accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining compliance with UAE VAT laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of financial entries and timely reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial closing and accounts.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow cycles.

• Assist in preparing insightful financial reports and dashboards to support management decisions.

• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory and cost tracking.

• Perform vendor and bank reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize ERP/accounting systems for data accuracy and financial management.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and statutory filings (e.g., VAT).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in accounting/financial management roles.

• Experience in trading, industrial supply, or technical services is an advantage.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
