Job Description:
A leading international events organization partnered with luxury retail brands is seeking a meticulous and driven Accountant to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for a finance professional with a strong command of the complete accounting cycle and a passion for precision in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting duties, including data entry, general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), consolidation, expense tracking, trial balances, month- and year-end closing.

• Prepare cash flow analyses, profit & loss statements, and financial reporting with insightful commentary for the CFO (remote-based) and the CEO (Dubai-based).

• Ensure all financial operations comply with IFRS or GAAP standards.

• Manage and verify monthly payroll with absolute accuracy and ensure timely salary disbursement.

• Oversee and coordinate the annual external audit process, ensuring proper documentation and financial control standards are upheld.

• Provide regular financial reports and strategic insights to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting practices and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a high-pressure setting.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
