Burjline Builders, a reputable name in the construction and infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a National Talent for the role of Account Receivable to join their finance team in Dubai. This on-site role is integral to ensuring timely collections, accurate financial reporting, and the maintenance of records in compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to reconciliations, and the ability to coordinate across departments and locations to maintain the integrity of the company’s accounts receivable and fixed asset records.

Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting Duties:

• Reconcile collection and billing accounts regularly to ensure accurate reflection of receivables.

• Coordinate with local and international branches to gather data for fixed asset documentation and updates.

• Issue invoices and conduct follow-ups with sponsors and strategic partners in accordance with agreed payment schedules.

• Calculate fixed asset-related costs including depreciation, amortization, and assets under construction.

• Prepare journal entries for bank reconciliations and ensure documentation is signed and approved.

• Enter credit transactions related to revenue accounts, ensuring the company’s financial books are balanced and up to date.

Financial Reporting Support:

• Assist in ad hoc financial studies, analysis, and preparation of customized reports.

• Prepare and submit periodic financial statements, statistics, and reports in a timely manner.

• Contribute to monthly reporting by ensuring that all relevant invoices and payments are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

Candidate Profile:

• UAE National (Preferred as per job focus on national talent development)

• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting

• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and reconciliation

• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines efficiently
