Transguard Group, a leading UAE business support and outsourcing provider, is seeking an Account Manager – Facilities Management to join its Integrated Facilities Services Team. The role involves managing key contracts, ensuring service delivery above contractual standards, maintaining client relationships, overseeing FM operations across multiple contracts, and driving financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned portfolio of FM contracts, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and profitability.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee contract operations, staff mobilization, induction, and training.

• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and staff performance reviews.

• Monitor resource utilization, preventive/corrective maintenance, and CAFM systems.

• Support bids, tenders, and renewals of existing contracts.

• Drive innovation, sustainability initiatives, and energy management projects.

• Ensure proper invoicing, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in FM management and service delivery of structured contracts, with 5+ years in a managerial role handling multiple contracts.

• Technical knowledge of FM standards, processes, and multiple facility types (residential, commercial, retail, universities, palaces, etc.).

• Certification preferred: CFM, PMP, IOSH, NEBOSH, or membership in FM bodies like IFWM, BIFM, MEFMA.

• Strong knowledge of commercials, contractual P&L, and reporting.

• Driving license mandatory.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and interpreting MEP/structural/architectural drawings.
