Hilti Emirates is seeking a sales-driven Account Manager to join its team in Dubai as part of a future hiring pipeline. This role involves consultative selling and customer relationship management, primarily within the construction industry. The Account Manager will visit client sites, demonstrate cutting-edge products, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and manage a portfolio of customers, including project managers and consultants.
🔹 Conduct on-site client visits to offer product demonstrations and solutions.
🔹 Engage in professional consultative selling rather than cold calling.
🔹 Promote Hilti’s state-of-the-art tools, software, and aftercare services.
🔹 Work closely with the regional sales manager to drive results and career growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree preferred).
📈 Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
🏗 Experience in building construction or a similar industry.
🗣 Fluent in English & Arabic.
🚗 Valid UAE Driver’s License.
📍 Based in Dubai.
