AMS International UAE is hiring an Account Manager Associate on a 6-month contract for its Dubai Corporate Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic e-commerce and business development environment, helping sellers grow their business on an international marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Seller Acquisition & Business Growth:

• Identify, onboard, and support new sellers to drive sales and business growth.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers through lead generation and relationship management.

✅ Sales & Negotiation:

• Conduct seller business evaluations via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Guide sellers on pricing, brand positioning, and product optimization for success.

✅ Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

• Track and analyze seller performance metrics to drive productivity and growth.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to provide insights for process and product improvement.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives and enhance seller experience.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, services, and marketplace operations.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Experience & Knowledge:

• 6+ months of sales, account management, or sourcing experience in eCommerce, B2B sales, retail, or supply chain industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and business forecasting tools.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to exceed business targets.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to interpret trends and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication & relationship management skills.

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Salary & Contract Details:

💰 Salary: AED 8,000 per month
