Mindbody is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will work within the fitness and wellness industry to build and manage relationships with fitness studios, gyms, and wellness centers. The role focuses on market management, partner relationships, and business growth in the UAE, with responsibilities including prospecting new partners, managing accounts, and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of ClassPass across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Management: Become an expert on boutique fitness and wellness in your assigned markets.

• Monitor revenue and reservation growth across your portfolio of partners and markets.

• Drive market-wide partner retention with monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify opportunities in supply health and monitor inventory availability.

• Serve as the local voice of partners, addressing concerns with leadership.

• Partner Management:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners from top, medium, and lower-tier accounts.

• Support partners in growing their business through the adoption of new ClassPass products.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and develop performance reports for partners.

• Prospect and sell new wellness partners to expand ClassPass’s geographic footprint.

• Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and complete outbound sales cycles, from calls to in-person meetings.

• General Responsibilities:

• Contribute to country-specific projects across partner bases.

• Assist with transactional issues and ad-hoc projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong negotiation skills managing a diverse book of business.

• Strategic thinking in implementing project plans aligned with team goals.

• Excellent communication skills across different audiences.

• Proven experience in Account Management with creative problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing processes to meet deadlines consistently.

• Passion for fitness or sports is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Located in Dubai, preferably near the Metro.
