SevenRooms, a leading guest experience and retention platform for the hospitality industry, is hiring an Account Manager in Dubai. This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

Take ownership of the contract renewal process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Identify and close opportunities to introduce new SevenRooms features and services to clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform value.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs.

Provide regular updates on account activity, sales forecasts, and revenue growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology company.

Proven ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
