We are expanding into the Middle East and looking for an Account Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales growth in Dubai and the GCC market.

Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for:
✅ Driving sales and expanding business partnerships in Dubai & GCC.
✅ Using strong real estate networks to generate new business opportunities.
✅ Leading client acquisition and customer success strategies.
✅ Attending key industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
✅ Managing the sales pipeline and working with CRM tools.
✅ Contributing to social media strategy to increase brand engagement.

Required Qualifications

🔹 5+ years in full-cycle sales in Dubai’s real estate market (brokerage, developer sales, or off-plan projects).
🔹 Proven experience as a Dubai real estate broker or agent with a strong network.
🔹 Strong lead generation, negotiation, and contract-closing skills.
🔹 Expertise in CRM systems and sales automation.
🔹 Ability to develop business strategies in fast-paced environments.
🔹 Excellent communication & presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
🔹 Familiarity with Middle Eastern business culture and B2B relationships.

Preferred Skills

🔸 Experience in building and managing sales teams.
🔸 Knowledge of customer success management principles.
🔸 Experience with social media marketing (especially Instagram).
🔸 Arabic language skills (preferred but not required).
