Peergrowth is seeking an Academic Head to lead the transformation of K-10 education in India. This role involves overseeing the design and delivery of innovative academic products, managing a large academic team, and leveraging AI for content development. As an Academic Head, you will drive the implementation of global best practices and lead teacher training initiatives across 8000+ schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and enhancement of innovative academic products in the K-10 education space.

• Oversee a 100+ member team, ensuring quality design and delivery of curriculum content.

• Leverage AI to develop scalable and high-quality learning materials.

• Drive and implement teacher training initiatives to improve education outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of learning materials, including books, videos, apps, and assessments.

• Collaborate with global teams to bring best practices into the academic ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s/Ph.D. in Education (preferably from a top global institution).

• Subject mastery in Math & Science; additional expertise is a plus.

• Proven experience in product innovation within the K-10 education space.

• Extensive experience in teaching and leading large academic teams.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
