Interns will gain hands-on experience working on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, distressed mergers & acquisitions, and complex financial advisory services. Responsibilities include financial modeling (DCF & LBO), valuation analysis, and assisting in negotiations for clients in stressed and distressed situations. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
• Interest in Financial Restructuring, Leverage Finance, or Distressed M&A
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in LBO and DCF modeling
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
