Exciting Opportunity for a 4D VDC Specialist in Dubai!

J10 Consulting is seeking an experienced 4D VDC Specialist to join a prestigious consultancy firm in Dubai. This role focuses on high-rise and mall projects, integrating 4D simulations with 3D models and project schedules to provide accurate visual representations of construction timelines.

This is a contract-based position (3-6 months) with immediate availability and an excellent opportunity to work with a leading PMC or Developer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

📌 4D Simulations & Integration:

• Develop and maintain construction models using Synchro 4D.

• Integrate 3D models with project schedules to create time-based simulations.

• Compare baseline models with alternative scenarios to optimize project timelines.

• Provide visual reports on project progress.

📌 3D Visualization & Animation:

• Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers of construction projects.

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for design presentations.

• Ensure 3D models accurately represent design intent and project specifications.

📌 Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Prepare and present visual materials for stakeholder meetings.

• Work closely with clients and project teams to deliver clear, accurate, and effective visual representations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
✅ Experience: 5-8 years in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), with at least 2 years in a PMC or Engineering Consultancy in the UAE.
✅ Project Expertise: Experience in high-rise and mall projects is essential.
✅ Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Synchro 4D, Revit, BIM, and Navisworks. Unreal Engine / Twinmotion experience is a plus.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and ability to meet deadlines independently.
