EDMAC Engineering Consultant LLC is urgently seeking a skilled 3D Artist/Visualizer to join their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be capable of producing façade, architectural designs, and massing options independently, with high-quality outputs for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce façade and architectural designs, and develop massing options from scratch with minimal supervision.

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, and Vray.

• Prepare concept reports and presentations using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualizations meet project requirements and client expectations.

• Deliver exterior perspective renderings in various environments (day/night scenes) for project submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization or related fields.

• Proficient in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray) and graphic design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exterior perspectives and architectural visualization skills (max 5 MB).

• Dedicated, energetic, proactive, and responsible with strong attention to detail.
