HybridGlobal Technology Solutions LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site 3D Motion Graphics Designer for a contract role in Dubai. The position involves creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and graphic designs for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling, along with proficiency in relevant design tools and 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design engaging 2D/3D motion graphics and animations.

• Work on motion designs, video editing, color correction, and sound design.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content.

• Ensure high-quality outputs by adhering to animation principles and visual storytelling techniques.

• Handle compositing and integrate graphics into live-action footage when needed.

• Maintain project timelines and deliverables with attention to detail.

Skills Required:

• Proven 2-3 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

• Hands-on experience with Blender or Maya for 3D modeling and animation.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with 2D/3D animation, compositing, video editing, color correction, and sound design.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset.

• A portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.

Salary Range: AED 4000 – AED 6000 (Depending on experience)
