Job Title: 3D Architectural Visualizer (Mid-Senior Level)

Salary: AED 11,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Level 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our dynamic and collaborative design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-production with an eye for detail and a passion for architectural storytelling. This role comes with the opportunity to potentially lead the visualization department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural exteriors and interiors

• Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret sketches and CAD files into striking visuals

• Apply expert knowledge of lighting, materials, and textures to elevate presentation quality

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality

• Communicate clearly with the design team and report progress to the Chief Architect

• Ensure visual outputs align with design intent and client expectations

• Keep up-to-date with visualization trends, tools, and rendering techniques

• Work independently or as part of a team on various project stages

Software & Tools Proficiency:

• 3D Modeling: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit

• Rendering Engines: Twinmotion, D5, V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold (Preference given to Twinmotion/D5 experience)

• Post-production: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio

• Deep understanding of architectural design and construction detailing

• Strong aesthetic sense with excellent lighting, shading, and composition skills

• Effective communicator and team player

• Experience with luxury interiors or large-scale developments is a plus

• Skilled in post-production techniques for both stills and animation

• Ability to troubleshoot creatively and optimize workflow across rendering tasks
