HeronCode is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to specialize in C-Suite and Mid to Junior level hiring. In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure visionary leaders for prestigious organizations across various industries. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the search process while focusing on C-Suite and Mid to Junior level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract highly qualified candidates for senior roles.

  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential candidates through networking, personalized communication, and proactive outreach.

  • Assessment and Screening: Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, organizational culture, and hiring needs, offering strategic insights throughout the recruitment process.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia to identify recruitment opportunities and advise clients.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and use internal systems effectively.

  • Candidate Placement: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and support candidates during the onboarding process.

  • Business Development: Help onboard new clients and support business growth through recruitment success.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior-level professionals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude and keen interest in executive search.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 4,000 for the first 3 months (training period), increasing to AED 6,000 thereafter.

  • Quarterly commissions on successful placements and client onboarding.

Contract Type: Full-time
