UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2025 Off-Cycle Internship Program within the Global Banking division in Dubai. This program offers hands-on experience in investment banking, financial analysis, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and industry research. Interns will work with top professionals in the field, gaining exposure to financial markets and strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate companies and develop financial models for M&A transactions.

• Conduct industry analyses to support pitch materials.

• Assist in the execution of live deals and strategic transactions.

• Support the Global Banking team in delivering financial and advisory solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: Penultimate or final-year student, or recent graduate (within 6 months).

• Academics: On track for a 2:1 UK grading system or equivalent in an undergraduate degree.

• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Work Ethic: Hardworking, trustworthy, and collaborative mindset.

• Interest: Passion for finance and investment banking; prior experience in finance is a plus but not required.
