Seatrium is seeking a Field Service Technician (Electrical) to join their team in Dubai. This role involves conducting electrical servicing, troubleshooting, and installations on-site and internationally. The ideal candidate is a hands-on electrical technician with a proactive approach to technical challenges and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service activities in accordance with company policies and safety standards

• Troubleshoot and investigate issues with electrical equipment and systems

• Support senior technicians and the Field Service Manager with ongoing projects

• Be available for 24/7 on-call emergency services when required

• Complete all required documentation: field service reports, timecards, expense reports

• Conduct technical evaluations and recommend solutions

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and track service progress

• Ensure the safety and maintenance of company assets on job sites

• Report directly to the Field Service Manager or designated delegate

• Promote a safety-first culture and assist in investigating safety incidents

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and installations

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Computer literate; comfortable using hardware and software tools

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Familiar with safety standards and project tracking procedures
